Are WearerTech shoes available in wide fitting?

All WearerTech footwear is a standard fit, designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort and support for your feet. 

I’m a size 5.5 – what size shoe should I order?

Our shoes come in full sizes only, but many of our customers take a half size shoe. If you normally take a half size, we recommend ordering a size up. 

All WearerTech shoes come with an optional insole that can help with fit and comfort. 

Do you sell shoes in a wide range of sizes?

Yes! Invigorate, our lightweight unisex clogs range from UK size 2 (35) to UK size 13 (48). Energise, our trainer range come in UK size 3 (36) to UK size 12 (47), and Rejuvenate  – our lightweight closed shoe for women – are available from a UK size 3 (36) to a UK size 8 (42). 


Using your shoes

How should I wash or clean my shoes?

All WearerTech shoes are fully washable. Just spray and wipe them clean, or stick them in your washing machine after a busy shift. So, that’s comfort, support, protection AND hygiene – covered. 

I need a shoe that’s slip-resistant – which do you recommend?

All shoes in the WearerTech range are equipped with world-leading, slip-resistant, puncture-proof soles made from SSR technology to help prevent slips, trips and accidents at work. 


Ordering and payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa credit, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Cirrus. We also take payment by PayPal and Amazon Pay. 

Can I pay with American Express?

No. American Express charges retailers far higher transaction rates than other credit and debit card operators. Rather than pass those charges on to our customers, we’ve decided not to accept payment by Amex. You can, however, pay by American Express if your Amex card is linked to your PayPal account and you pay by PayPal.

Can I pay by cheque?

Sorry – we don’t accept payment by cheque. We do accept all major credit and debit cards – including Visa credit, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Cirrus – as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Can I get a VAT invoice? is VAT registered in the UK (VAT number: GB 284 3358 82). If you need a VAT receipt, email with your order number and we’ll send you a VAT invoice.

How quickly will you despatch my shoes?

If you place your order before 3pm, and the shoes you’ve ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch them the same day. Your order should arrive within two to three days. 

In a rush? No problem. Next day delivery costs £7.50 for UK addresses. Provided you order your shoes by 3pm, they'll be shipped by DPD to arrive the following day.
